1971 Chevrolet Nova Super Sport Coupe
Color: Blue
VIN: 114271W254175
This 1971 example was built in the plant of Willow Run with a six-cylinder engine but is now upgraded throughout. Today the engine is a 383-cid stroker V8 with aluminum heads and headers, estimated to have 450 hp. Backing this monstrous engine is a five-speed KeislerTremec manual transmission connected to a rebuilt positraction rear end that is equipped with Sierra heavy duty axles. Although this is not an SS model, it has been fitted with SS trim and wheels. The "custom" 383 badges were reproduced on the front fenders, indicating an engine that was not available for the Nova. The car is equipped with power steering, disc brakes, Vintage Air conditioning, new Sony stereo, and tilt steering column. The car has been finished in blue metallic two-stage paint and the blue vinyl interior has been restored. It is a tribute to the pony car compact and it is fast, really fast!
