COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We are committed to providing a fun, safe, and engaging fundraising event that our guests can enjoy. With the current spread of COVID-19, we are implementing several safety measures for everyone. These are based upon state, local and federal guidelines.

We have instituted the following safety enhancements:

• To help our Gala attendees feel safe, everyone must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. In keeping with Washington state mandates, all guests will be requested to wear masks when not eating or drinking.

• Seating will be limited, and table size will not exceed ten guests per table.

• Masks will be available for all guests who arrive without one.

• All staff, crew, and volunteers will wear a mask while working the event.  

• Hand sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the venue.

While the inherent risk of exposure of COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, we are doing our best to create a safe environment---we look forward to having you join us in our efforts.
